Mike Recognizes Exceptional Students with the Youth Leadership Award Monday, 08 November 2010 Mike recently recognized the accomplishments of the following four students from the constituency through the Youth Leadership Award program:

Carissa Wasyliw - École Secondaire Beaumont Composite High School
Kenan Kigunda - J. Percy Page High School
Katherine Sliwinski – Holy Trinity High School
Hannah Kowalenko – Millwoods Christian School

The Youth Leadership Award is presented annually to one student who has completed grade 12, from each of the four high schools in Mill Woods and Beaumont.  The award celebrates outstanding leadership shown by recipients who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, strong citizenship characteristics, and extensive involvement in school activities.

Mike extends his congratulations to each of the recipients, and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
